January 2020 for Kindle and in paperback. A collection of short stories about addiction. Read the title story here. Raw and poignant, often not an easy read but I think that one of the great values of literature is that is can unsettle and disturb, give pause for thought and reflection. Addiction can ruin lives, induce the most desperate and intensely awful human experiences. It’s an illness made more painful by the stigma and the judgmental attitudes that abound in society. But perhaps in many ways we are all addicts in one way or another?
